This is Awesome! Thank you for the insight. I'm in the process of gathering parts now, and will be making the swap over the winter, lots of pics to come.

I actually owned an '81 CX500. I have just the clutch plates (no springs) still hanging on my wall. They have 29,000km on them. You can have them if you want them.
