Bought this bike a few years back and have been having a ball riding it but, it has been dumped before and the clutch lever is bent. So i've done some inspection and it is cracked on the underside and rather than have it fail me in a bad or just because, I started to look to replace it and for the CX650C Custom 1983 it is obsolete, someone's idea of planned obsolescence or just plan strange? Can anyone out there give some ideas, direction or HELP!!

Explain clutch lever...the one down on the clutch cover or the lever for your left hand?

I think he means the actual clutch lever as the one on the engine should swap with the 500.



Ebay might be the way. If I remember tight that was a whole perch unit.



Maybe one of these will work. Do you have a picture of yours?

not the lever but the bracket it goes to, a single cast piece that includes the choke.

Got a picture. Maybe you can take it off the bike and have someone weld it.
