Chemical dip paint removal - to remove POR-15?

I called every furniture store around here trying to get my tank dipped - nobody would touch it even though it's just old enamel. I would imagine an engine rebuilding shop might be a better choice.

Most antique furniture refinishers have giant dip tanks full of paint & varnish remover that will eat off multiple coats of the nastiest, oldest paint out there in short order.
