Hi all
I'm on a long time customizing project with my CX500c. Now the time has come to do something about the buzzy engine noise. It's about 4000 rpm at 80 km/h (~50mph) and I want to lower this. I guess that the rear axel unit from the CX500t has a different ratio, but does it fit, or do I have to look in another direction? Anyone who knows? The CX650?
Thanks for your attention

no final drive swap will help as they are all the same ratio

the turbos use a diffrent final drive gears in the transmission

eithe go with a 18 inch rear wheel or a 650 clutch and primary gear

the 500 cant handle much more reduction than either of those with out loosing to much power and economy from load increase

I guess that the stuff from the 650 fit's without any bigger modifications?
I thought I could do this easy, but it seems like I have to take away the engine anyway.
Thanks for the reply
