A nice very high resolution scan and you could provide digital copies of the centerfold. Then take and do an 11x17 print or reduce by 1/2 and do a 8.5x11 print on photo paper

Ditto what RAFster122s says. I have a really nice brochere for a gl650i that I am considering doing that and sending it to blindstitch to put in the quick reference.
