That all seems good except for the absence of a reading on the high speed coil. 8 and 9 are linked together and grounded to the stator. I'm guessing the #8 wire has come adrift at its end from 9 and 5. This will give you a rev ceiling of around 5,000 RPM but should not effect only one side in the manner you describe.

Try swapping the ignition coils from left to right to see if the issue follows.. They are identical.

Since the CDI is self generating and independent of the 12 volt system there can't be much else.

No pile on.

Just thought your post must have been going somewhere.

I don't think that there's much left to test - but perhaps clean the multi connectors or at least continuity test each terminal through the connector.

The stator is actually fubar. The high speed coil is missing in action .... unless it is a connection issue. But the stator fault has no bearing on one side having a weak spark.

Unless a connection issue the stator fault means the bike is a candidate for one of the aftermarket ignitions anyway and it does appear the CDI box may be the fault.

The pulsers can be crosswired so that the left is working the right and the right the left. {bike can't be started. Spark testing purposes only} If the same side is still weak the conclusion would be CDI unit.
