I disassembled my carbs tonight. All went pretty well, except for when I removed the Air Cut Off Valve Diaphragm. Both had very rusty metal parts. One of the diaphragms was cracked. I doubt there is any way to fix the diaphragm. I am guessing this is not an easy part to find. What do I do?





SORRY! I found replacements on ebay at the georgefix store. I should have looked there first.

They are available so don't sweat it too much. I'll leave it to those who are more conversant in these issues to give you further info but for now you can look at Georgefix, Tas, Sirius consolidated etc.

Don't forget there is a very very tiny O-ring in the ACV assembly.This is chamfered on one edge.That edge goes into the carb body.
