What's the best way to care for the carbs while they are on the bike during operational months? How about while the bike is being stored, say, during the winter, etc?

I use seefoam during operation months, then during the off season, I drain the tank and refill with a full bottle of seafoam, run the engine for about 15 minutes to make sure the seafoam gas makes it into the carbs, then turn off the bike. I did this for a 2 year storage.. all I had to do was charge the battery and start the bike. run it out of fuel, and add a new tank of fuel with the recommended dose of seafoam.
