There is nothing to leak coolant around the fan bolt. The only things in front of it is the radiator and its hoses. Above the fan and to the rear is the thermostat.
A loose motor mount bolt should have no effect as to damaging the cam. Vibration could possibly shake loose a hose clamp or fitting, but that is stretching it.
Sorry, you can't back out the cam tensioner bolt far enough to change the O ring. I wouldn't try it either. You don't want to release the cam tensioner off the locking bolt. About the only remedy is to clean the area with solvent and force silicon sealer around the bolt head. That seems to work temporarily until you have to remove the rear cover for other reasons.
