Are these supposed to have vacuum lines hooked up to them?. If so what are they connected to? I'm having trouble finding a diagram that shows what they are. They were not hooked to anything when I bought the bike. Thanks for the help

Those are float bowl vents. They remain open, no tubes or anything attached to them.
