So I had good experiences with TAS in the past. I bought quite a few things from them over the winter and was pleased. So when I needed some new cables, I ordered from them. Neither of my cable orders showed up, and I've since been unable to sort things out with them. I spent extra for priority shipment, and although they've promised me tracking information a number of times, they've never been able to produce a tracking number. They've also repeatedly promised a refund, but haven't delivered on that either. Now they've stopped responding to my emails. I'm posting here 'cause I know a few of you buy from them and I'm wondering if its just me that has experienced this recent down turn in service or if its more wide spread. Anyone buy stuff from them recently? Have they been responding to emails? Is my experience an anomaly?

Yea, I bought a few inline gas filters about a month ago. I actually sent them an Email today as they still havent arrived. I have bought off them a lot over the last 2 years and never had a problem. Not sure if they are on vacation or something is wrong. Hoping they will respond to my email soon, as Im more worried about something bad happening to them than the filters I ordered, as I found them to be really nice people.



If I hear back I will let you know in this thread

Interesting, that's about when I ordered my cables. I actually had two separate orders about 4 days apart and neither of them arrived, which I find particularly weird. I'm worried I'll have to try a credit card charge back as they promised me a refund a while ago and have been incommunicado since...

ah well thats good news in so far as it shows they are still running, but probabaly bad news for ryanwhalen. I know sometimes they answer my emails in min, sometimes it takes a day or so. guess its like they say, sometime crap happens, just hope they get your order sorted out good for you

Have you looked in your spam folder?

I had a few troubles with suppliers and it was due to my spam filter in my e-mail clogging up the info channel.

Well, I still havent heard back, and I know their Emails dont go to my spam folder (which I check anyway). Will try a follow up Email

I ordered several items late 7/6 via phone-I failed to give Matt my email-so I sent one last night and got a reply about 8PM Houston that my order was shipped on 7/12. I expect all the items by Sat.



Never had a problem in the past.



Will advise.

Hmmm well, never had a problem up until now so Im really not going to panic. I have alsways found them to be top notch, and since this is my first purchase thats NOT done via EBay (via direct Email) It may have just got lost in a mad shuffle. Will give it some more time.

Yeah they weren't going to my spam folder. I also phoned a few times to request tracking numbers. Matt was always very pleasant and promised them to me, but never seemed to get around to finding them and sending them my way. He also promised me a refund over the phone and never delivered on that. I unfortunately had to phone my credit card company to ask for a charge back. After over a month of waiting and no real response on trying to fix the issue, I couldn't wait anymore.

When you get a Quick Second, check your account - you should be all set as of this morning. Any troubles, drop me a line or give us a call.



If anyone here runs into any delivery Issues, or Needs immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to ring the shop phones at 260-563-6937 and we'll track 'er down. Someone is here from 10 till 6 Monday thru Friday, and 10 till 2 On Saturdays - More than glad to help you out.



We try to keep up with the email side of things as best as possible - they've been wild this riding season!

Here is my update to my phone order of 7/6. I do not think I will be ordering from TAS any longer. They do better on ebay orders to to ebay regs. However, phone or internet orders are another thing. Maybe they need more help--any I have not received my order as of today and have request my card company for a credit. See my inof below.



1. 7/6 ,Tues, Ordered 8 items, $ 161 via phone- no confirmation given or email

2. 7/13,Wed, sent note to TAS- no pkg

3. 7/13,Wed, received email stating pkg sent 7/12 via USPS Priority Mail

4. 7/18,Mon, sent email-no pkg or confirmation number

5. 7/19, no email reply, sent another note—still no pkg from the 7/12 shipped date. Still no tracking number

6. 7/20, I called and Mat stated that the pkg had correct city but incorrect zip code. Even though I ordered via ebay in past—no problems—this was due to TAS error in entering. He stated he would contact USPS as he can a track number –but did not supply to me.

7. 7/23, still no pkg. Sent another email

8. 7/23, Still no phone calls or replies to notes

9. 7/25, still no pkg,-called Mat again-he stated to wait until Wed.

10. 7/27, still no pkg- called Mat again-3PM he stated he would contact USPS and also send the orig tracking number and a second one after USPS re-routed.

11. 7/27, 5PM Had to send another email for the tracking numbers

12. 7/27, He replied “I have you in my notebook. As soon as the second tracking number flies through, I'll forward both confirmation numbers to you.”

13. 7/27 Midnight—still no tracking numbers

14. 7/28, no pkg---still no tracking # from TAS. Sent a note for # or refund full amt $165.

15. 7/29, sent email in the morning requesting credit if pkg not received today.

16. 7/29 still not reply or call. Sent Credit Card company request to dispute charge for non-receipt.

17. 7/29; pkg not received. NO reply from merchant TAS Motorsports.

18. 7/29 sent dispute to MC
