Yes, as long as it isn't the "global lifetime" and it is the regular or long life it should be fine.
If the lable says safe for aluminum engines it's OK. Just stay away from DexCool and any of the other "Lifetime" coolants, there's a thread or 2 about them on here and the old board.
Responding to coolant threads is only surpassed by oil threads on any board like this it seems.

I use the Peak pre-mix stuff. Haven't had any problems. It goes on sale at Autozone all the time.
