Mine is loose and in an uncomfortable position for shifting (hoping the shifter arm isn't bent). Is this a 10mm allen key?

I figured it out. It's 8mm.

Also, I did say something somewhat unpleasant here which warranted the -1, something to the effect of "thanks for all the replies", but it wasn't you all. Someone hit our new car the other day and that pissed me off. This place is great.
