Okay guys I have problems. First the bike seems to be overheating sort of. The gauge goes all the way pegged hot after a couple of miles. I did some troubleshooting and found that the right side of the motor (at the cylinder head) is getting really hot, 240 degrees, while the left side is staying cool, 170 degrees. I didn't see any flow in the radiator, so I pulled the thermostat and will replace it as soon as I can get one. Also I checked the voltage to the sensor and it was almost 10 volts, so the regulator is bad. Anyone have a good one they want to sell cheap?

Anyway, would a none circulating radiator cause the right side to be hot and the left cool or do I have other problems also? The bike seems to run fine, sounds god, revs good, etc.

Is a 1980 Honda Civic thermostat really the same thing?
