After all these years, selling my CX650T. Clean title in hand, new battery, just registered. I live in Norcal ( hour north of SF).
Full disclosure: will need some cosmetic items.
Both mirrors, right front turn signal and seat cover are aftermarket (I have one original mirror).
Genuine Honda seat cover can be purchased for about $70. Mirror and signal also available on E-Bay.
Right side air filter access cover cracked; also available online.
Misc scratches and chips. Paint in fairly good condition, honestly would benefit from full repaint.
Tires have about 600 miles on them, but are 5 years old.
Make offer and we can discuss. Send me a message.
No, mine is sold. Tried to give first dibs to this forum, but no repsonses. You all lost out. Sold it as is for $4K to a local guy who may appreciate it more. Look somewhere else next time.
CL ad was updated about 5 hours ago. Original had identical seat to the pictures above, but now has seat with the proper pinstripes.
Notice the mirrors are the same and it has the same fairing paint chip near the downpipe.
He has marked it down to the deal of the century price of only $17,500.
Bid for the chance to own a 1973 Kawasaki H2 Mach IV at auction with Bring a Trailer, the home of the best vintage and classic cars online. Lot #65,925.

Really nice low mile, but 40K? Somebody explain that to me?
You cant really compare the sale of any bike right now to a Kawasaki Triple. They are going absolutely crazy on the sales market. The H2s are absolutely nuts and pretty hard to find. As a result, the H1s are starting to take off'. Also, people really seem to be looking for originality and a low mile excellent original, or a full up professional nut and bolt restoration. The cost of doing a full blown nut and bolt restoration in very expensive, hence t high prices.
The odd thing is the people see high sale on a nut and bolt restoration and then all of a sudden, seem to think the non-running rust heap with a locked up motor is worth a million dollars, LOL.

That's what burns me up. With the advent of the interweb anyone can google prices and think they have a goldmine even when it's not but still drives the prices up. Same with all these high profile auction sites, you usually pay more at auction than private sale but that sets the pricing going forward unfortunately.
Its on E bay at the moment and bidding has stalled at $11,200 reserve not met. It does appear to have slightly more correct mirrors now. They are off 500 turbo but who’s going to notice.
