Hello, I'm the new owner to a cx500 from 1980,
I've been going over everything and re-sealing, re-greasing and replacing anything worn or broken
As I was working on the forks, off the bike, the jack I had under the motor decompressed to the point that the bike leaned down, not falling, but sat at quite an angle, I found it the next morning in this position with an oil puddle underneath. It was coming out of where the clutch cable enters the motor casing. Has anyone any info on this? Is there a seal that needs to be replaced? Or is this normal, any and all info will be appreciated, thanks. The picture is the clutch bracket it was leaking from, image.jpg
